When your order is ready to be despatched we will email you and let you know, enclosing a tracking number which will enable you to follow your order on line.

Cancellation & Returns

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order date and receive a full refund.

Every product is custom made to your precise requirements, to avoid any errors we recommend you double check your measurements, and take advantage of our free sample service, to ensure you have the correct size and the correct design and colour way.

Important: Made to measure products are suitable only to you, and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Damaged or Defective items

In the unlikely event that you receive your items and you find they are damaged or faulty, you must inform within 14 days, to enable us to rectify the problem.

Under no circumstances will compensation or a discount will be offered. reserves the right to uplift the item for inspection in our workroom.

It is not possible to amend or cancel your order at this stage. No compensation can be offered to any 3rd parties affected by the purchased items being damaged or defective. For example, fitters.

Privacy Policy

We will collect information when you place an order, request free samples and save a quote.

You do not have to give us your name, address, telephone and payment details unless you place an order.

We ask for your email address and phone number to process and deliver your order.

Occasionally we may notify you about important changes to the site and new information or services that we think you may find interesting.

We do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party.

Site Security

Your on-line safety is paramount to us and in the interest of site security we use PayPal as our preferred payment partner.

‘Verified by Visa' and 'MasterCard Secure Code' are schemes that have been introduced by card issuers to help fight against online fraud.

All personal details collected by staff at staff will be treated with complete confidentiality.

How to order

Ordering from could not be easier.

Choose a product from the top navigation, for example blinds.

This page will give you more information about the product. You can choose from Roller or Roman blinds and view the full collection of fabrics.

Enter your measurements in millimetres and tell us if the sizes are exact or recess measurement.

Our system will then calculate the price based on your chosen option.

Choose the quantity you require and click add to cart.

You will then be presented with our secure check out page, please fill in all required details. Finally click pay

Once you have placed your order we will send you an order confirmation, email detailing your purchases with an expected delivery date.

Our web site accepts orders from UK customers only (mainland UK, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly).

Our web site does not accept orders from the Channel Islands. We are please however to accept orders from the Channels Islands, placed by telephone.

Our sales office is open Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding Bank holidays. There is an answering service to take messages during our closed period.


Payment be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal

The Product

It is advisable to order a free sample of your chosen item as it is impossible to replicate the texture and colour exactly online.

Due to manufacturing processes, should you wish to add to a previous order, we would not be able guarantee an exact colour or texture match.
